Shipping Policy
When will my order be shipped?
Lucky Mess operates on a monthly schedule rather than dispatching orders immediately after purchase. Orders placed during the sign-up period will be included in the next month's mail club package. Dispatch dates may vary slightly each month, but my goal is for members to receive their mail around the beginning of the month, depending on their location and local postal services.
Where do I ship?
I currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international destinations.
How long will delivery take?
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 1–5 business days
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- International: 7–20 business days

Lost, delayed, or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me. I will investigate the issue and work with you to find the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, resend, or refund where justified.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact me before your order has been dispatched.
Customs and Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
